• Age-verification data: verification is performed by our provider, Didit. Identity documents are submitted to and processed by Didit under its own privacy policy; we receive the verification result (pass/fail and status), not a copy of your document.
• Payment data: payments are processed by third-party processors (card payments via CCBill/Segpay; crypto via NOWPayments, once active). We never receive or store your full card number; we keep the transaction reference, plan, amount, and subscription status.
• Usage and technical data: pages viewed, device and browser information, IP address, and similar log data needed to operate and secure the service.
• Communications: messages you send to support and your email preferences.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to create and manage your account, verify that you are 18 or older, process subscriptions and renewals, deliver content and the welcome message, send member offers you agreed to receive, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, and comply with legal obligations — including the record-keeping duties described in our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement.

3. Third-party processors

We share only the data each provider needs to do its job: payment processors receive billing data to charge your subscription; Didit receives your identification to perform age verification; email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
